Course objective 1. To teach the presentation of a report on subjects related with food, nutrition and dietetics and writing a academic article 2. To plan a study in this area and to prepare case reports and review for an academic publication
Course description It is a course at which is discussion of the current issues in the science of nutrition and dietetics and the academic literature.
