Dersin Veriliş Şekli	Ders uzaktan eğitim yöntemiyle teorik ve uygulamalı olarak yürütülmektedir. Öğretim yöntemi olarak anlatım, soru-cevap ve tartışma metotları izlenecektir.
Dersin Amacı	Bu dersin amacı ekonometri bilimine dair temel kavram ve yöntemlerin lisans düzeyinde öğretilmesidir.
Dersin Tanımı	Ekonometriye giriş II dersi kapsamında en küçük kareler yönteminin varsayımlarından temel sapmadal (normal olmama, çoklu bağlantı, otokorelasyo, değişen varyans..vs) teorik ve uygulamalı olarak incelenecektir.

1	Multiple regression analysis: Gauss-Markov theorem, estimation of multiple regression model by using matrices.
2	Alternative Functional Forms of the Multiple Regression Model and Estimation.
3	The hypothesis testing pertaining to the model and its coefficients I (t and F-Tests)
4	The hypothesis testing pertaining to the model and its coefficients I (Variable Addition and Deletion Tests, Chow Test)
5	The use of dummy variables in classical regression model I and Computer Lab Applications.
6	The use of dummy variables in classical regression model II (Chow test with Dummy Variable(s))
7	Violation of the assumptions of the multiple regression model: Multicollinearity

Dersin Öğrenme Çıktıları

1	Bu dersi başarıyla tamamlayabilen öğrenciler; ekonomik ve sosyal konular üzerine veri toplayabilecektir.
2	Ham veriyi istatistiksel ve ekonometrik analizlere uygun hale getirebilecektir.
3	Veriyi oluşturan mekanizmaları açıklayan ekonometrik modeller kurabilecektir.
4	Ekonometrik analizler aracılığıyla elde edilmiş olan sonuçları yorumlayabilecektir.
5	Bağımsız bir ampirik araştırmayı başlangıcından sonuna dek yürütebilecektir.
