Course description

Course contents
1 The concept of the internet of things (IoT), the vision of IoT in terms of objects, internet and meaning. Acceleration in the development of technology and shortening periods in transformation.
2 IoT layers. Advances in hardware technology and IoT applications infrastructure. Embedded system, sensors, actuator, controllers, integrated circuits and new standards.
3 Basis hardware technologies and communication standards used in IoT
4 Novel hardware technologies and communication standards used in IoT
5 New cloud technologies and methods in software and hardware
6 Statistics, data analytics and big data. Data types and analysis concept. Search engine, online data, social media, economic, meteorological, power grid network.
7 Data mining methods and applications in IoT.
