Course objective The personnel involved in health service delivery; to gain the ability to communicate effectively with patients, patient relatives, managers and other health personnel.
Course description This course; features and dimensions of health communication, oral-nonverbal communication, empathy, effective listening, interpersonal communication according to patient profiles.
