Course objective In this lesson our aim is to provide general information on the threats against Regime and precautions to be taken against those threats in the early years of Republic and provide an insight to the policies which should be followed henceforward.

Learning outcomes of the course unit
1 Having focused on the causes and effects of the rebellions which occurred in the very beginning of national struggle and after the establishment of the republic, we also mention how the rebellions were suppressed and what could be done to prevent the reappearance of the rebellions in Eastern and South-eastern Anatolia.
