Course objective Understanding the importance of adequate and balanced nutrition in human life is the provision of basic nutrition principles with the effect of performance on balanced and adequate feeding for an athlete. Knowing the energy requirements of the athletes; To plan their feeding before, during and after the competition.
Course description To be able to understand the importance of nutrition and physical activity. To be able to calculate the energy in various physical activities

7 What are Minerals? (Resources, Requirements, Placement of Athletes)
8 The Water (the place of our life, the place where the athlete feeds)

1 Learn the importance of nutrition and athlete feeding.
