Course description -

Course contents
1 International Civil Aviation Organizations and conventions,
2 general information about passenger services,
3 organizations and service relationships of the organizations located at the airport,
4 IATA and ICAO, coding systems of airport and airlines;
5 geography of IATA, flight analysis, trip types,
6 publications about passenger services,
7 the definition of passenger tickets, aviation publication about passenger services,
8 control of travelling documents, acceptance procedures for takeoff (check-in),
9 the passengers not accepted to flight; LMC (Last Minute Change);
10 luggage, luggage handling limits, storage, labeling, Excess baggage, passengers requiring special service and forms of information for them,
11 the adoption of passengers to airplane (boarding);
12 incoming passenger services (arrival):
13 Flight disruptions;
14 MCO (Miscellaneous expenditure bills),
15 lost luggage (DPR, OHD), Rush baggage, preparation rush luggage tag.
