Course objective It aims to provide the student with practice by following the topics in both phonetic and grammar lessons to create a certain vocabulary and to work correctly in reading and understanding.
Course description Following the theoretical issues in phonetics and grammar lessons, it aims to apply the knowledge gained on simple texts, thus creating the ability to read and understand. In studies on simple speech samples and various simple texts, nouns, adjectives, numbers, personal pronouns will be examined, with an emphasis on their attraction according to individuals and situations. There will be repetitions in the form of summarizing text, asking questions, explaining the short summary.

Course contents
1 Texts named "Охотник за камнем" and "Мой брат студент" and exercises of these texts will be done.
2 Texts named "Рыцарь Вася" and "Диалоги" and exercises of these texts will be done.
3 Texts named "Скрипка" and "Оразование в России" and exercises of these texts will be done.
4 Texts named "Задачка" and "Что значит пройти по конкурсу" and exercises of these texts will be done.
5 Texts named "Маша мамаша" and "Экзамены" and exercises related to these texts will be done.
6 Texts named"Ты меня слышишь?" and "Обычный день Марины" texts and exercises will be done on these texts.

Learning outcomes of the course unit
1 Students will be provided with good reading skills.

1 To evaluate and compose all kind of data (poisonings, pollution, drug use etc.) in the area of pharmacology and toxicology
2 To have a deep knowledge about pharmacology and toxicology and related disciplines. To be able to solve problems in the area of pharmacology and toxicology.
3 To conceptualize cases in the area of pharmacology and toxicology, analyze scientific methods, interpret results, construct analyse or methods for problems, and present solutions based on the provided data.
4 To supervise activities of commissions which are interested in defining and solving of problems about drug use for public and animal health, residues in food stuffs, and environmental toxicology using acquired knowledge in the area of pharmacology and toxicology.
5 To be able to follow, use and change updated knowledge (scientific knowledge, regulations etc.) in the area of pharmacology and toxicology.
6 To read and understand the literature in foreign language (English)

8 To be able to write papers related to pharmacology and toxicology and gain skill to publish in national and international journals
