Course objective To understand the historical background of political communication and to make sense of the arguments of the political communication which are prepared by the political parties to convince the target masses
Course description The course focuses on the institutionalization and transformation of political communication in liberal democracies by addressing political communication in the historical development process.

4 Features and issues of political rhetoric, examples of today.
