Course description Learns the nutritional deficiency diseases and nutrition-related chronic diseases in the community

Course contents
1 Assessment of nutritional status and nutrition habits of the community with anthropometric measurements and biochemical tests.
2 Assessment of nutritional status and nutrition habits of the community with screening tools (MNA, SGA, etc.) and food intake record.
3 Nutritional anemias (iron, folic acid, vitamin B12 deficiency)/Case presentation.
4 Iodine deficiency disorders (endemic goiter ...)/Case presentation.
5 Protein energy malnutrition (children, adult, elderly)/Case presentation.
6 Vitamin D deficiency (ricket or/and osteomalacia)/Case presentation.
7 Obesity (child)/Case presentation.
