Course objective The objective of this course is to teach NMR Spectroscopy in structural elucidation.
Course description Structural analyzes give information about NMR spectroscopy.

1 Definition of NMR spectroscopy, Introduction and theory;
2 Equipment and sample preparation;
3 1H-NMR spectroscopy, Resonance phenomena;
4 Chemical shift; spin-spin interaction;
5 Interaction among protons, spin systems;
6 Shift reagents and double resonance phenomena;
7 13C-NMR spectroscopy;
8 Absorption and resonance;
9 Pulse techniques in NMR spectroscopy;
10 Chemical shift values of organic compounds in 13C-NMR;
11 Spin-spin interactions;
12 Two-dimensional (2D)-NMR spectroscopy.
