Course objective To examine definition about civilization. To examine history, science and art activities, language and literature of antiquity civilization. To examine the reasons and the results of discoveries, renaissance, reform, and industry revolution. To grasp the importance of basic stones of civilization (fire, wheel, alphabet, calendar, gunpowder, compass, printing office, automobile and communication tools) .
Course description Developmental stages of Turkish Culture History; Political and social history of Turkish Government and societies from pre-historical times to present. Turks acceptance of the Islam, philosophy with the developmental stages in the area of culture and civilization. Relations among science, literature, arts and development activities.
