Course objective The aim of the course is to provide the student to decide a subject, make a literature review, write a thesis and present it.

1 Preparing an outline plan.
2 Deciding the method of working.
3 Preparing the working programme.
4 Making a literature review.
5 Assessing the literature.
6 Deciding the programme of field work.
7 Deciding the necessary equipments for the field work.
8 Field work.

11 Assessment of the data gained in the field work.
12 Writing a text about the data gained in the field work.
13 Defining the missing parts of the thesis.

Learning outcomes of the course unit
1 Decides the field and subject.
2 Converts the data gained in the end of searches to the text scientifically.
3 Makes a plan of working method and outline of the thesis.
4 Prepares the bibliography.
5 Writes the catalogue part of the thesis.
6 Does the field work. Measures the size of the building, takes photos and draws the plan of the building.
7 Writes the comparision and evaluation parts of the thesis.
8 Writes the conclusion of the thesis. Prepares the table of contents.
9 Controls the annotations.
10 Present the thesis in front of the audiences. Answers the quesitons.
