Dersin Amacı	The purpose of this course, the anatomical and physiological characteristics of poultyr digestive system, according to different physiological periods, feding programs (both hen and broiler), teach the use of feed additives in poultry nutrition, and to gain knowledge and skills in making poultry rations.
Dersin Tanımı	Basic concepts related to poultry nutrition, poultry anatomical and physiological features of the digestive system, investigation by the period of feeding programs in: (initial, development, finishing periods), feeding of broiler breeders, the problems encountered in the preparation of broiler rations, the effect on meat quality of broilers nutrition, investigation by the period in laying hen feeding programs, the problems encountered in the preparation of laying hen diets, feed ingredients and fedd additives used in poultry rations, making rations for poultry

1	To have the ability to determine, define and solve problems in relation to poultry nutrition, so that gaining the ability to select and apply appropriate methods for this purpose

4	In the area of poultry nutrition, students can have a professional and ethical responsibility,
