Course contents
1 DNA isolation (blood,tissue, amnion, paraphin block) , measurement of DNA,RNA and protein quantity,
2 Southern Blot, PCR, Gel Electrophoresis, Restriction Endonucleases,DNA sequencing,
3 SSCP,ASO,RFLP,ARMS,approaching to unknowing mutations, RNA isolation, Northen Blot, cDNA synthesis, RT PCR, protein isolation and Western Blot.

Learning outcomes of the course unit

1 To sort the concepts and institutions of various legal disciplines and the relationships between these concepts and institutions.

17 To defend and protect The Republic of Turkey''s democratic, secular and social state governed by rule of law nature, within the notions of public peace, national solidarity and justice, respecting human rights, loyal to the nationalism of Atatürk and based on the fundamental tenets set forth in the preamble.
18 To have the understanding of honesty, justice and ethics required to be a lawyer.
19 To try to ensure fair settlement of disputes, to follow regulations and to take part in the trial process within this framework.
