Mode of delivery The method of the lesson is mainly based on the face-to-face expression of the main topics. In addition, a method in which classroom discussion, questioning and commenting are encouraged will be implemented.
Course objective The aim of the course is to explain the five basic functions of management (planning, organization, execution, coordination and control) by giving information about the basic management process. In addition, it is aimed to ensure that prospective managers gain information about management discipline and improve their visions.
Course description The business management course covers the concepts of management and administration, showing the relationships between management levels and management skills, and planning, organization, execution, coordination and control, which are accepted as the five basic functions of management. The course also includes activities for determining business objectives, designing the organizational structure, activating the human resources within the organization, ensuring coordination within the structure and controlling the results.
