Course objective It will be provided with general knowledge about the development of human society and culture since ancient civilizations.
Course description The content of the course starts with the Prehistoric Ages and deals with the general information about the civilizations, especially flourished in Asia.

3 The importance of Anatolia in the history of civilizations
4 Beginning of civilization in Mesopotamia and Sumerians

8 Greek civilization and the rise of the West
9 Eastern and Western civilizations: the intersections and conflicts
10 Political personalities and empires, which shaped the history of civilizations.
11 Religions and philosophies that affect the history of civilizations
