Course objective Studying the conditions of patient rights, doctor rights and physician''''''''s legal liability in civil law and their analysis in the light of court verdicts is the main focus. Practical solutions to disputes in the area of the relationship between doctor and patient is also included.
Course description This course aims to teach basic concepts of healthcare, patient and doctor rights and obligations in the light of civil law.
