Course objective To gain ability to comprehend strategic thinking. To develop an understanding and skills in managing organizations from a strategic perspective.
Course description Concepts (Vision, mission, strategy, policy). The process of Strategic Management: strategic management and strategic planning concepts, strategic goals, evaluation of company and its environment, internal and external environmental analysis (SWOT), competitive analysis, strategic alternatives, strategy selection. strategy implementation.strategic control. case anlaysis and examples.
