Course objective	The objective of this course is to teach the student therotical and practical basic informations concerning the methods of preperation, types of light microscope and staining procedures
Course description	Methods of preperation, types of light microscope and staining procedures

Course contents

1	Basic stages at light microscopy technic
2	Fixation, effecting factors of fixation
3	Choosing of fixative according to purpose, quantity of fixative, pH of fixative, time of fixation
4	Technics of fixation, technic of immersion, technic of perfusion
5	Washing, dehidration polishing, embeding, bloking, cutting, staining, mounting
6	Light microscopes (mechanic system)
7	Intermediate exam
8	Light microscopes, (optic system, mirror, condenser, objectives, ocular, maintance of microscope)
9	Dark-field microscope
10	Polarisation microcopes
11	Phase-contrast microcopes
12	Invert microscopes
