1 Have knowledge about basic genetic concepts.
2 Have knowledge about DNA and RNA structure and function.
3 Have knowledge about DNA isolation.
4 Have knowledge about RNA isolation.
5 PCR and gel have information about Eektroforez Method.
6 PCR types (Multiplex PCR Long PCR, Touch down PCR), will have information about the RFLP.
7 Have information about Realtime PCR technology.
8 Have knowledge about DNA sequencing method.
9 DNA damage have knowledge about the molecular methods used to determine.
