Course objective The adoption of health policy and planning is one of the important tasks of health administrators. The purpose of this course is to train students in the management of health institutions by providing management education in contemporary and universal level.
Course description Basic concepts and issues related to the management of an organization (organization, management and administrative definitions, management skills, roles and levels and management processes), basic organizational theories (classical, neoclassical, quantitative, modern and new approaches), the external environment and organizations and the impact on planning, organizing, directing and control of basic management functions occur
