Course objective To give information about the devolution and decadence periods of the Ottoman Empire and their causes
Course description History of political, cultural and civilization in Ottoman Empire from the Kaynarca s Pact (1774) to the collapse of the empire (1922) .

1 The students will be able to comprehend the properties of the devolution period of the Ottoman Empire.

9 The application, assessment, evaluation, report writing of psychological tests and non-test techniques for the purpose of understanding people
10 Using of the developmental fields, theories, periods and the problems of adjustment, the social and philosophical base of behavior, the concept and principles of teaching, learning and management in the application of guidance and counselling
11 The usage of the principles of vocational ethics and the theories of psychological counseling and guidance in the planning of psychological guidance services.
