Mode of delivery Also, during the usage of visual sources, discussion, asking questions and taking part by comments will be expected. Students must read the articles and boks that are given in the begining of the semester and are responsible from homeworks or projects. As told before, the course is going to be told by visual materials for that reason all kind of visual support were obtained. Computer techonology and powerpoint programmes, dia positives, movies are some of them. All kind of visual techonogy machines can easily be used in the classrooms of the faculty.
Course objective To realise the concept of history of culture and civilization, artist and aesthetic and the importance of the necessity of art To understand the periods of art, variations and differentiation art in different cultures by the help of visual matterials. To comprehend the contemporary education methods of history of culture and civilization education.. To utulize the audio-visual materials in the history of culture and civilization education To motivate the interest to the history of culture and civilization by arranging research exercusions.
Course description The content of history of culture and civilization course is not only to focus on one art period or culture. In that course chronologically nearly the whole periods of art in the world is going to be discussed by considering the interaction, relationship with each other. Also, the examples of important work of arts and artists will be told. During the coursein order to reach the goal visual materials are going to be used.
