Mode of delivery In this course, from the smallest form and shape (couplet, period) to simple and compound two and three acted Rondo, variation, sonnet allegro, all construction forms are represented. During the course, similarities and specialties, which are earned in several times of history, affect of reasons to constitute new forms are told to students.
Course objective Enabling students to analyse form of any music piece.
Course description Course of Music Forms includes harmony, contrpoint, music history and literature kowledge as a part of music theory.

Course contents
1 base of aesthetic and methodology on an analyze, stylistic specialties of a musical work, meaning of musical form and musical language, use of music styles and its systems, information about main lines of analyze method.
2 Melody of a musical work, rhythmic lines in music, motives and word meaning in music.
3 Functions of parts in music forms. Periods and its variations. Works: analyzes of musical work.
4 Simple and compound form. Works: analyzes of musical work.
5 Compound and two, three acted form. Works: analyzes of musical work
6 Rondo form, its sources and developing process. Works: analyzes of musical work
7 Information about variation form and its historical process.
8 General repeating. Works: analyzes of musical work.
9 Mid-term exam: Analyze of work and information about forms. Evaluating with verbal practice. 45% of 100 points – information about forms; 50% - reaching construction of the musical work; 5% - conviction point.
10 Information about Sonnet form and sonnet allegro. Works: analyzes of musical work.
11 Details in the form of sonnet allegro. Example: ropriz and sonnet allegro without details. Works: analyzes of musical work. Rondo-Sonata form
12 Continuation of the topıc: Sonnet allegro and Rondo-Sonata.
13 General repeating.
14 Analyze of work and information about forms. Evaluating with verbal practice. 45% of 100 points – information about forms; 50% - reaching construction of the musical work; 5% - conviction point.
