Course objective This course aims to examine new forms of approach to cultural musicology today, along with the notion, approach, method and historical documentation of cultural musicology.
Course description This course; It includes the definition, history, purpose, approach to cultural musicology and its relations with other disciplines.

9 Read literary works with understanding of their background, structure, meanings, implications, and relevance applying knowledge of the history, theory, and methodologies of the discipline and its contexts in thoughtful discourse.
10 Demonstrate the ability to relate various individual texts to their historical and cultural contexts.
11 Understand phonetics, phonological, morphological, semantic, and etymological features of English. get information about historical linguistics, semantics, stylistics, semiotics, psycholinguistics and related fields.
12 Talk about the theories and the problems and their solutions in the field of second/foreign language acquisition
13 Demonstrate knowledge of critical approaches and methods of interpretation, including literary vocabulary and terminology.
14 Conduct scientific and academic researches by making use of expository, argumentative and persuasive writing forms.
