Course objective The main purpose of this course is to make sense of the interaction processes of human beings, who are social beings, with other people in daily life in the context of social impact.

1- Student; comprehend the conditions of emergence of social psychology as a science, its place among other social sciences, its historical development and its emergence as a field of study.
2- Considers the concrete and practical benefits that social psychology can provide to a journalist.
3- Understands the methods and techniques used in social psychology research and gains awareness about how to use these techniques.
4- Gains consciousness and awareness about the dynamics underlying the behavior of the individual in the group.
